RETURNS POLICY

Faulty and/or damaged goods will be fully refunded; we will pay the return postage.

 

Non faulty/change of mind goods must be returned within 30 days of dispatch for a refund. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left our warehouse in. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves. Please ensure any returns are packaged well – if possible use the original packing box. If the puzzle is damaged in transit then we will unfortunately have to refuse the return. We are no longer able to offer exchanges for change of mind returns.
